This gin is made with 28 different plants and fruits — 22 of them are local to the Philippines. It includes familiar flavors like pomelo, dalandan, calamansi, dayap, oranges, mango, pine, and flowers like sampaguita and ylang-ylang.
It’s unfiltered, so it might look a bit cloudy when it’s cold — that’s just the flavor showing! You can enjoy it on its own with ice or in classic gin drinks like a martini, gin & tonic, or negroni.
